Savikalpa Sciences Private Limited (“Savikalpa” “We” or “Us”) recognises the importance of protecting personal details and information. Savikalpa owns and operates Savikalpa Virtual Clinic (“Virtual Clinic”), which provides a platform that allows Users (hereinafter referred to as “User” “Users” or “You”) to connect with health care practitioners and health advisors (Practitioners) in real time, via live video conferencing, telephone and/or secure messaging for the diagnosis and treatment, as well as providing other types of administrative services and information (Services). For the purpose of this Policy, User(s) shall mean such individuals who are competent to contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872 and wish to subscribe to the Services offered by Savikalpa on this Virtual Clinic.

This privacy policy (“Privacy Policy”) describes and will help You understand how Savikalpa collects, uses and discloses your information in connection with providing you with access to and use of the Virtual Clinic. The Virtual Clinic enables You to book an appointment for consultation with Practitioners who specialize in cannabis medicine treatment. We understand that you care how information about You is used and shared, and We appreciate your trust that we will do so carefully and sensibly. This Privacy Policy describes our practices in connection with privacy and the Personally Identifiable Information (as defined below) that we collect through the Virtual Clinic. PII means and includes information that identifies You as an individual. In order for You to take advantage of particular opportunities provided through the Virtual Clinic (for example, to use the Services offered on the Virtual Clinic), we may require that you furnish PII. For example, We may ask you to complete a registration form that asks for contact information such as name, date of birth, address, telephone / mobile number, and email address or an order form that may require billing address.

Savikalpa may disclose aggregated information, but it will never contain Information that will identify a single User.
Obtaining feedback.
Customizing User(s) needs and send personalized communications.
To send messages including but not limited to emailers, bulk emailers, SMS etc intimating the User(s) about Savikalpa’s healthcare services, healthcare packages, offers and other promotional content. These messages may be sent using various third-party service providers.
To send you important information regarding the Virtual Clinic, such as certain changes to our terms, conditions, policies and/or other administrative information. Because this information may be material to your use of the Services, you may not opt out of receiving such communications;
To diagnose and resolve problems with Our Virtual Clinic website or servers and for other technical and administrative troubleshooting purposes;

to an affiliate or other third party in the event of any reorganisation, merger, sale, joint venture, assignment, transfer or other disposition of all or any portion of our business, assets or stock (including without limitation in connection with any bankruptcy and/or similar proceedings); and

Savikalpa implements high standard security measures to protect User(s) Information from and against unauthorized access. To this effect, Savikalpa uses certain, physical, managerial, technical and operational safeguards as per industry standards and established best practices to protect information of Users which is collected by Savikalpa. Unfortunately, no data transmission over the Internet or data storage system can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. If You have reason to believe that Your interaction with Us is not secure (for example, if you feel that the security of any account you might have with us has been compromised), You must immediately notify us of the problem by contacting us in accordance with the “Contacting Us” section below.

Notwithstanding anything contained in this Privacy Policy or elsewhere, Savikalpa shall not be held responsible for any loss, damage or misuse of the User Information, if such loss, damage or misuse is attributable to a Force Majeure Event. A "Force Majeure Event" means any event that is beyond the reasonable control of Savikalpa and includes, without limitation, lockdowns, pandemic, fire, flood, explosion, acts of God, civil commotion, strikes, lock outs or industrial action of any kind, riots, insurrection, war, acts of government, power failure, sabotage, computer hacking, unauthorised access to computer data and storage device, system failure, virus, attacks, bugs, computer crashes, breach of security and encryption.

If you do not wish to receive marketing-related emails from us, you may unsubscribe from receiving them by clicking on the “unsubscribe” link at the bottom of any of those emails.

Retention Period

We and our third party service providers will retain PII for the period reasonably necessary to fulfil the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law.

Note Regarding the Use of the Virtual Clinic by Minors

The Virtual Clinic is not directed to and/or intended for use by individuals under the age as mentioned under Applicable Laws, and we request that such individuals not use the Virtual Clinic and/or not provide PII through its website.
