Do I need a referral to book an appointment?
No, referrals are not required. Simply click here to book an appointment now.

How much will an appointment cost?
A fee of ₹500 is required to book and appointment.

How often will I have an appointment?
Patients will need to book a follow-up appointment in order to renew a prescription once their current course of treatment has been completed. For your convenience, a member of our client care team will contact you near the end of your current treatment course in order to help you book your follow-up appointment.

What do I need for my appointment?
Please have a list of your current medications and treatments available at the time of your consultation. Details such as diagnostic reports are additionally useful to keep handy.

What is the wait time for an appointment?
Appointments can be booked the same day, subject to physician availability.

What if I can’t attend my appointment?
If you are unable to attend your appointment for any reason, please contact us as soon as possible in order to reschedule.
Please be advised that we require a 4-hour notice to cancel or change an appointment in order for you to be eligible for a refund of your booking fee.

How do I purchase my medication once I’ve received a prescription?
Cannabinoid medicine prescriptions can be fulfilled directly by the manufacturer of the medication specified in your prescription. For your convenience, at the point of booking you can agree to have your prescription automatically submitted via secure transmission to the product manufacturer for fulfillment.

Will my information be shared with my physician, specialist or pharmacist?
Your information is never shared without your consent. You are provided a copy of your prescription and consultation notes via-email. We encourage you to share your prescription and consultation notes with your existing physician/specialist(s).

How long will my first appointment take?
Your first consultation typically takes 15-25 minutes, depending on your symptoms/condition.
We do our best to remain on schedule, however we may occasionally run a bit late as a result of our client care standards. We thank you in advance for your patience and understanding.

How long will my follow-up appointment take?
Follow-up appointments are typically shorter in duration than an initial consultation. They generally last 10-20 minutes.

Am I guaranteed to receive a cannabinoid medicine prescription?
No. Please be advised that only those patients for whom cannabinoid medicine has been deemed appropriate during their consultation will be prescribed cannabinoid medicine products. Our doctors may prescribe non-cannabinoid based medicines instead.

What are the hours of operation for the virtual clinic?
Mon-Sat: 9.30am to 7.30pm

Will my consultation and private information be safe and secure?

We apply the highest standards of data privacy and security in maintaining patient medical records. Patient records and personal details are encrypted using AES 256-bit encryption standards.
All information provided by a patient to a physician via the Savikalpa Virtual Clinic is accessible to the consulting physician only. Similarly, only the consulting physician and patient can access the doctor's prescription(s).
All security standards employed meet or exceed industry standards and legal requirements. Please consult out Privacy Policy and Terms of Service for further information.

Is virtual medicine a recognized practice in India?
Yes. Advancements in technology have allowed for licensed medical care to expand beyond physical clinic visits, with telemedicine guidelines in place.

Patients can choose which doctor they seek an appointment with.

How can I cancel/reschedule an appointment?

You can cancel/reschedule an appointment by writing to eclinic@savikalpa.com or calling on +91 9818477547. We require 4-hour notice to cancel or change an appointment in order for you to be eligible for a refund of your booking fee. Refunds are executed in full via the primary mode of payment used when making an appointment. Missed appointments, or appointments cancelled/rescheduled within 4-hours of the original booking date and time, will not be eligible for a refund.
